This catalogue presents the complete series of Grete Stern’s black-and-white photomontages published in the Argentine magazine Idilio between 1948 and 1951. Stern began her career in advertising in Germany before moving to Argentina, where she worked in graphic design for advertising and publishing and frequently employed photomontage.
