This monograph presents Nicholas Nixon’s annual portrait series of his wife, Bebe, and her sisters Heather, Mimi, and Laurie Brown. Made each year from 1975 through 2000, the photographs arrange the four women in the same order facing the camera. Beginning when the sisters were aged 15 to 25, the series records a quarter century of their lives through successive group portraits.
