This fully illustrated exhibition catalogue presents more than fifty works from Lucas Samaras’s AutoPolaroids project, created in 1969–71 and marking his first exploration of photography. It includes the first AutoPolaroid as well as several previously unseen works. Published for the first exhibition devoted solely to the series since its debut 45 years earlier, the catalogue also features an essay by Marla Prather.
