This book explores the creative journey of Roger Parry (1905-1977), highlighting his groundbreaking work in graphics and photography. Beginning in 1928, Parry's career intertwined visual imagery with literary works, particularly with the Éditions de la Nouvelle Revue française. Post-war, he focused on André Malraux's art writings, influenced by their collaborative relationship. The book traces Parry's evolution from illustrating Léon-Paul Fargue's "Banalité" in 1930 to co-developing "L'Univers des formes" in 1960. His work, inspired by Maurice Tabard, merged photography, drawing, and page layout, redefining visual and textual interaction and revealing previously unknown aspects of his art.
